The three stars are for the legal assistant, Corey. I only talked to Tom ONE time for about three minutes when he was trying to talk me into letting him take my case. I was thankful for a payment plan but I believe I made an $80 payment for ten months and lost my case. I would have had the same results if I had gone without his representation. I wasn’t even contacted by him after he had lost my case to tell me what was happening, maybe because he knew he had told me he would get it taken care of when we first talked? I don’t know. Corey however was wonderful and always quick to message me right back and answer all of my questions. I was being sued for a loan I opened 8 years ago when I was young and dumb. He had lost my case, and then Corey told me she was going to ask the other party if they would settle. So thankfully I was still able to settle, but after paying the lawyer fee for Tom, I am ending up paying the amount of the original debt if I had just gone to court myself. Pretty disappointing and I would not recommend, unfortunately. I can’t thank Corey enough though! I don’t want to talk down on anyone or anything, this is strictly my experience with this law firm and Tom.

Tom Bradburn has handled a few cases for me and has done an outstanding job. I highly recommend him and his law firm.

Started out good, responded and when asked a question about the pending case. After the case was closing and was trying to appeal, he refused to answer calls and the secretary would reschedule multiple times. And after a month of nothing I gave up.. Sent a letter saying he tried to call multiple times and resigned as my lawyer, false by the way because looked in to my records of calls and nothing on my end or my provider. Would not recommend but good luck if you do

I got a letter in the mail saying he would help with our debt I called he set us over phone we agreed we paid him 2000 we sent all our info he needed did the classes paid for them then a year later he said the classes expired we had to pay for them again for the second time and sent more info finally July 2022 he finally filed because we where on him then he let it sit for another year had meetings over the phone every time we were suppose to have court he canceled . Could never get a hold of him. Wouldn’t call us back. Then trustee set a court date and lawyer said it was canceled then come to find out they dismissed it. We paid them over 7,000 got proof we were paying 1600 a month said they were paying 1400 to our house payment when they dismissed it house loan contacted us and they were only giving them 800 a month so it would be nice to explain were the rest of our money went .please don’t trust this lawyer. We are in bigger debt than we were when we hired him. Never meet this man in person . I knew something wasn’t right . He be trying to say we didn’t turn stuff in but I have proof we did. It’s been almost 3 years we could have paid it ourselfs and been out of debt long time ago. I could go on but I’m gonna stop right here . Please read this and reconsider before hiring Thomas Bradburn.
