I recently was referred to and engaged Bradley, Drendel and Jeanney for assistance with a relatively small motor vehicle accident claim after not being able to reach an acceptable settlement amount when dealing directly with the other party's insurance company. My case was nearing a filing deadline and I needed to chat with someone as soon as possible Mark promptly returned my call and got the ball rolling. Jackie, Sarah and Amanda provided understanding, legal expertise, excellent advice about options and recommendations about how we should proceed. Their communications with me were timely and comprehensive. Due to their knowledge, passion and diligence, the other party's insurance company doubled their initial offer and we were able to avoid going to trial! I am so grateful for BDJ's help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing personal injury representation.
Would never use them again!! Sarah, the attorney I (rarely) worked with was interested in the beginning of my case and after I signed the contract, she was disinterested in my case. I was in an auto accident-100% not my fault. She was abrupt, rude, and worst of all did not provide quality and/or timely counsel. She often was not in the office and I spoke with her assistant Amanda instead. Amanda was extremely kind and she was a joy to work with. Unfortunately, Sarah was not. She WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE NOR DID SHE FIGHT for me or my case, contrary to their t.v. advertisement. This so called attorney could not get reimbursement from the insurance company for one day of missed work (out of 17 missed total)! When it came to obtaining medical records, I did most of that! She refused to send my doctor a packet for information stating, and I quote, "well, we charge you a thousand dollars and getting that back from the doctor can take months and months." When I spoke with my physicians office, the medical assistant who has worked for my doctor for many years stated, "no it doesn't, it takes about 1 week. It sounds like you need a better attorney who will advocate for you." When speaking with my doctor at the last visit, he stated he never got a packet from my attorney's office so he could be precise in reporting all injuries. I found Sarah to be an awful attorney who displayed laziness, apathetic attitude and absolutely no fighting attitude for what I had gone through. I can't stress enough how disappointed I am with this law firm. Don't have regrets like I do, go somewhere else!!
Tried calling these people 5 times and left messages with no return calls at all.nWanted to become a new client I guess they are just to busy for me they can afford to not communicate,Well goodbye I am taking my business to someone that wants it.
Don't use them if you are trying to get help in Winnemucca one lawayer there was a Asst.DA for Humboldt county to bad I mentioned someone he knew never called back or answered my Emails!!!
