These guys rock! Got me in and out in a short amount of time, easy to deal with and I have an awesome new Bronco!! Go see Rebecca, she will take good care of you.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this one was most certainly worthy of it. I will make this very brief as they already wasted enough of my time and I certainly will not be back. I went to buy a truck from this dealership and there were a few things that needed to be repaired on the truck. Nice truck, salesman was very courteous and so on but there were certainly some things that needed to be addressed on this truck and he took it to the sales manager. Basically they admitted the truck needed some work, did not want to fix it or back it off the price, ignored my two separate offers, did not present any counter nor an alternative to the truck and told me they are sending it to auction. I asked about another truck and that one was going to auction too. Salesman is in a bind and has nothing left to sell me and I never heard a peep from the sales manager. So apparently my money is no good here. This has to be the most absurd and ridiculous dealership experience I have ever encountered. To make this even funnier I started the conversation off with these guys about how I moved into this area and was looking to start a relationship with a dealership and service department for my vehicles. I guess they don't need any new long term customers.

Over the years my family and I have chosen Ford over and over again. We have gone to many different dealerships and by far the best one is Destination Ford in Brady. I live two hours away from this dealership and recently drove here to purchase a new vehicle. I will continue to come back in the future for one reason and that is the team that is working there. Their sales representative Rebecca is absolutely amazing. She takes the time out to help find what you are looking for. As long as she is working here, I will continue to come back. I absolutely love my Bronco Sport and Destination had exactly what I wanted. Ten out of ten highly recommend.

For what was done I feel the cost was out of line. I knowcand understand ypu are a business, in business to make money, but to charge 418.00 dollars to tell me I'm missing a fuse box cover that had never been touched for no repair is crazy.

They made the process of buying a new car easy and seamless. I am an out of state car buyer and will continue to travel to buy my next vehicle from Rebecca and Mark. They went above and beyond during the process and made sure that all my needs and concerns were addressed. Amazing family atmosphere! Thank you Rebecca and Mark for the over the TOP customer service!
