This wasn't mediation, it was brow beating to follow a very narrow set of suggestions from the court. It was all about court recommendations with zero care or concern for what was desired. No consideration was given for individuality, child development, or circumstances beyond the limited scope of court suggested plans. Zero understanding that raising a child is not a one size fits all process. Was impersonal and intimidating. No valid reason to ever recommend, unless maybe you're a single mother!

Very rude attorney. Will not EVER recommend to my worse enemy. Bransby would never return calls for weeks when my attorney tried to contact him. Yes, Bransby was my husband's attorney. By the way, he is NOT my ex. I ran out of money to continue the divorce. Husband has all of our joint property, house, beachfront property, Harley Trike, Pontoon Boat, camping trailer, motor home, car hauling trailer. All co-owned. I live in a tiny studio apartment. Pay $700 a month rent. I had to buy furniture. Husband has no monthly house payments. Bransby coerced his client into suing me!
