Breeden Law Office

I recently had the occasion to work with a lawyer at Breeden Law Office in Garner. I had lots of questions and their staff was incredible in answering in terms that I would understand. They explained the different avenues available to me and what, in their opinion, was on my best option. I would definitely use Breeden Law Office again as they have my best interests at heart. It isn't just about making money for them.

I hired this firm for my divorce last year, which included property division, child custody, alimony, and child support. They explained the entire process step-by-step, and someone was always available for questions and concerns. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism and support I received throughout the year. My attorney was able to secure a wonderful settlement in my favor! They are now in the process of filing for my absolute divorce. I HIGHLY recommend Breeden Law Firm to anyone in need of a family attorney.

I would highly recommend staying away from this firm for your Family Law needs. I paid $250 for a consultation with them last Wednesday. I was told it would cost $12,500 for them to take my case. I expressed to the attorney that I already had a consultation with another firm and they were going to charge $8000 for the same services. Upon sharing that information with the attorney I asked the attorney I was speaking with to explain why I should go with them versus the other company (again, massive difference in price), she said because of the years experience they have (funny, I can’t even get a call back). I called them Thursday with a question (there was a time limit on what needed to be done) and was told I’d receive a call back by end of day, no call. Then I called Friday, was told the same thing, no call. I ended up having to call Monday & Tuesday and finally got a call back Tuesday afternoon, and still couldn’t talk with the attorney I met the previous Wednesday. Total waste of time and money! My recommendation; Stay Clear

I recently obtained BreedenLawOffice and I could not be more pleased with the expertise of the entire firm they treat there clients with respect you can tell they definitely care for their clients and all of the concerns you have throughout and I could not have asked for Hunter Welfare or Holly Groh to have been any more professional and I was extremely pleased to have them represent me I would definitely hire them again in the future if I ever find myself in need of an attorney and I can also say that Amanda Opperman is the most genuine person you could ever ask to assist you with any questions. Ashley Schwartz represented my daughter in a child custody case. I personally feel that she went above and beyond as my Daughter's attorney. She was empathetic to my Daughter's situation and was in constant communication with my daughter. She was well prepared for court and had my daughter well prepared. Totally an asset to the firm. Hopefully we won't have to, but I would hire her services again in a heart beat. I will highly recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney.
