Reviews

We were referred by two friends to Brian Raphan's firm to revise our will and we highly recommend Brian and his team. We were hesitant at first that we would not be working directly with Brian, however, we had a great experience with his drafting attorney, Samantha Benidiba, and Brian overseeing the process. Samantha met with us online during the pandemic and did a great job advising us of the best trust and credit shelter options for our family. She was patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. We felt like she was able to answer all our questions. The end product was a will that we can understand and that honors our wishes and protects our interests. Fees are fair and perhaps better than other firms.
For more than six years, Brian and his team have skillfully guided me through several critical legal enterprises. Brian wrote my will after the death of my spouse and has helped me revise it, always remaining responsive to my desires and interests. And years ago he sensitively handled a key revision to an elderly relative’s will despite her suffering some mental confusion. Michelle Yu deftly saw me through the sale and closing of that same relative’s New York City apartment. And very recently, Samantha Benadiba created a revocable trust for me showing patience and professionalism throughout the process. What a team! I couldn’t be more grateful. Susan
I have worked with Brian and his firm, particularly Michelle Yu, Esq., not only on my personal estate planning, but on two separate estates. In each case I found the service to be prompt, knowledgeable, and meticulous. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who has needs in the area of trusts and estate law. And the charges were quite reasonable.
Did fantastic work for me.
