We were hesitant at first that we would not be working directly with Brian, however, we had a great experience with his drafting attorney, Samantha Benidiba, and Brian overseeing the process. Samantha met with us online during the pandemic and did a great job advising us of the best trust and credit shelter options for our family. She was patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. We felt like she was able to answer all our questions. The end product was a will that we can understand and that honors our wishes and protects our interests. Fees are fair and perhaps better than other firms.
