From my point of view and consultation, Brian is a one of kind lawyer in the local makeup of Angola: willing to represent those in need, even when most will not take on the case! Also, Brian’s analysis of high conflict situations had less to do with the prosecutor’s standing, and instead invited a zealous understanding of the situation at hand! If you are reasonable, make the proper concessions honestly; truthfully; and without hesitation, Brian may be the right defense lawyer to advocate on your behalf!!! Would further recommend, but my total experience has been limited!!!

We hired Brian Kaiser 2 years ago to handle my husbands credit card debt, in the form of debt settlement. After about a year and hearing nothing from him, and still getting collection calls, we were concerned. We reached out to them and was assured that they were handling it. We should have known something was off after getting close to two years, and still hearing nothing unless we reached out to them, and we were told the same thing. Then the court notices seeking judgement from our creditors started coming in. At this point, we were not happy. Again, we reached out to them and was assured that they wouldn’t garnish my husbands paychecks, and they have everything handled. Well, we now have 3 of the creditors who have secured judgments against him, and two have already secured garnishment orders. Over 700 dollars was taken from his last paycheck, and now we have 2 more orders behind this one. Still crickets from Brian Kaiser. At this point it’s too late for us to negotiate with the collectors, because they’re already secured garnishment orders. If we had known that they were just going to take our money and do literally nothing, than we would have just tried to settle ourselves. Now we are out 1,200 dollars, and are in a very bad financial situation. We trusted these people to do the job that they were paid for, but instead this is what we got. I don’t take submitting negative reviews lightly, but I feel that people need to be warned about this practice, so they don’t end up in our situation. I feel like they stole from us quite honestly. Lesson learned.

Worst bankruptcy attorney ever. DO NOT GO TO HIM. I have all my paper work to him in December. Still not filed and to top it off in now have to re submit all my paper work again. Because they neglected to do anything. Now all my paper work i submitted is out dated and have to start all over again. Frustration does not begin to explain how I am feeling. This attorney has no place doing bankruptcy or any law practice in my eyes. Now I feel stuck. Don't be fooled by this one. Lied straight to my face. I called multiple times. I was told my case would be filed on two weeks. Four months later still nothing. If your looking for incompetence then use this attorney. I can tell you there has to be better anywhere else. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

He is worthless. I was quoted $500 for his services then after it was all over he tried to say I still owed him $250. He never communicated with me in any way other than to tell me he may be about ten minutes late to the courtroom. He was about an hour late, and spent about ten seconds in front of the judge. I think $500 is more than enough. Then after he never sent me my papers I needed, I had to pretty much do everything. I would have been better off doing it all myself, that way I wouldn't have flushed my money down the toilet, even doing that would have been a better use of my money. Any good reviews you read on here are obviously by someone he knows. Family perhaps, or himself.... I wouldn't put it passed him to pay someone for a good review. Don't hire this guy.

Only you can judge if this is a lawyer you can trust with your legal issues. I can assure you; I will never recommend Mr. Kaiser’s services. I’m speaking out, so others are aware. If you are looking for a lawyer to handle a probate estate, please look elsewhere. Mr. Kaiser was given the mandatory fee for filing a probate case in Ohio. All non-probate issues with the estate already resolved, all that remained were issues for probate. Five months after payment, paperwork for the probate case remained unfiled. New legal counsel found. Mr. Kaiser was notified and told the name of the new legal counsel if there were any questions direct them to the new counsel. Several months later, Mr. Kaiser submitted a bill to the ESTATE for services, and the estate lawyer included it in the estate filing. That should be the end of the story. It is not, unfortunately. 3 YEARS LATER a bill shows up addressed to me saying I owe the fees Mr. Kaiser had already charged the estate. Mr. Kaiser has also added late fees and states the invoice is past due. I had never received a statement in the first place, so how can it be late? By law, when a lawyer does work for an estate, he is entitled payment through the estate. By law, Mr. Kaiser is not able to charge me a dime. I am not a family member, nor was I given legal right to administer the estate. Mr. Kaiser had my name and contact information in the file as I was the local contact for the estate. Needless to say, I turned the invoice over to the estate’s lawyer. Who agreed I had no responsibility to pay for anything in association with the now-closed estate. The estate's lawyer contacted Mr. Kaiser. The estate lawyer informed me that the parties agreed that I did not owe money. Case closed? Nope, 16 months later, another bill with more late fees showed up. The same routine ensued, The estate's lawyer tells me to disregard the statement; I will not receive an invoice again. Case closed? Nope, Friday, February 21, 2020, 8 months after Mr. Kaiser told the estate’s lawyer the second time that I would not receive another invoice, another invoice has come. This process started with Mr. Kaiser in 2014...the probate case closed in 2015. The first bill sent to me was dated 03/01/18. I ask you, why would a reputable business wait that long to send an invoice? I am speaking out with this recent incident to give others insight into my experience with Mr. Kaiser. Again, only you can judge if you can trust Mr. Kaiser with your legal issues. I can assure you; I will never recommend Mr. Kaiser’s services.
