My story with Brillant & Neiman begins way back in 2006 when I was hurt at my employer. I was having issues with my employer and decided to obtain legal representation. I had been referred to Glenn Neiman as well as others. Upon meeting Glenn I knew he was the real deal. He has a passion to protect the injured worker and it shows. He has a "bed side manner" that rivals any other attorney I have had to deal with in my business career. I can say that I settled my case back in 2015 but Glenn has been more than happy to handle any issue since then that involves this case even up to yesterday and will continue to do so. He is honest, upfront, and also understand the nuisances of this system. I cant think of anyone else I would recommend to an injured worker. The fees that they charge are spelled out by PA Law and no more. I can say that I have been treated more than fair and would go back to them myself if heaven forbid I was ever hurt again.

Their fee agreement for worker compensation is very shady, they should be thieves not laeyers, they want %20 fees of the entire settlement including the medical, and they have the righrs to terminate their serviced with you and get paid the %20 of everything, so if you get for example $6000 and the insurance pay for medical $40,000, their fee will be $9,200, plus if you wave any medical with the insurance company, they want %20 of that, thoes kind if layers will kill themselves
