Worst experience with any professional service I've ever experienced.nnDealt w. Jim Cleland for an IP matter. Upon meeting him at his office he explained they chose this locale to 'save money'.nnWhen sending an email response on behalf of our company, sent to their DoNotReply address. In the email, spelled the name of the company incorrectly and differently in separate places. nnWhen sending a letter, rephrased the letter I drafted myself while adding very little new content. nnDid not answer phone calls or respond to emails in a timely matter. When we received the bill it was 20% higher than agreed upon and REFUSED ALL COMMUNICATION from that point until now.
Impatient, incompetent, lazy, expensive, useless.
