The overall experience I had with Briskman Briskman & Greenberg was the kind that everyone should receive from any firm. The staff stay in contact with me via phone and email, they were very knowledgeable, they made sure I understood what was going on at all times, they answered all of my questions, were transparent, and definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of there services. They give you a factual time-line on how long the process will take depending on your case, the best customer service, and will work hard to make sure that your are not only happy, but properly taken care of/compensated. Robert Briksman took over my wife's case from another attorney promising that he will fight for more money. He promised that she will get at least 100% to 150% more to what the offer was with previous attorney. That was an empty promise. After a year passed he announced that he cannot get more then was the previous offer. After my wife refusing to accept he was willing to get another 12.5%. Mr. Briman didn't work on my wife's case. He didn't put any effort. Many attorneys try to lower medical bills of their clients, Mr Briksman did not even try Bottom line is that he was held my wife's case just to cash out his share, and I would never again use Briksman Law firm or recommend to anybody.
