Yes attorney’s cost money upfront but she was worth the money I put up. Lawyer Brode was every understand and empathic to what I am dealing with after an auto mobile accident. I am trying to get SSI after an eminence amount of damage cause from said accident. He is very professional and gave me suggestions to keep notes and a calander of all I do and the amount of pain and swelling through out the day from whatever activities are needed to be done. This was Brode Disability Law Firm. My old review disappeared. I had a bad experience with them. Staff are rude and try playing the role of the attorney and really have no clue what they are saying. He will bill you after he gets his 10 percent or $6,000.He bills for what he says .55 cents per mile to hearing. Then he charges for faxes. The first bill said outstanding..which is funny being the first bill. He called me 4:10pm. the day before my hearing (he had 3 years to prepare) asking for information. My other attorney faxed him information he should have obtained himself.Brode staff wanted my username and password to my health insurance website to pull records instead of obtaining them the right way. He told me the picture of my foot couldn't be used cause I had nail polish on! I would never recommend him.
