Excellent! Joanne is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She is easy to work with and explains things in ways I could understand. My husband and I set up 2 trusts. Joanne was very good at setting deadlines to get her the information needed to set up the trusts... otherwise, I think I would have dropped the ball. I highly recommend her. I can now sleep better knowing our kids will be taken care of.

I was very displeased with Ms McCormack! We were given half truths to push us into doing a new Will with her. We had a Beneficiary Deed on our home that we felt comfortable with but she convinced us our family would be unable to get the property for one year, witch was not true. We were charged $3,500 for a simple Will and found out later that is 3 times the amount almost any other attorney in town charges. She did tell us we could check around but with her urgency we trusted her and went ahead. Please check around and make sure what you want, don't be taken.! She will not make it right once she has your money.

Terrible, wouldn't recommend Joanne to anyone. I contacted her after the sudden death of my mother to help settle her estate, which only consisted of a car and a condo with no mortgage. Nearly $5,000 later and she hadn't completed the job. She had no knowledge of settling with Medicaid and charged me for her research. Horrible long distance communication, condescending, uses scare tactics to make you think you need her services.

We are extremely indebted to Joanne for her careful and caring help in setting up our estate and trusts. She has worked with our Financial Planner Sydney Carlino and our CPA Sharon Rhodes to make sure that we are set with all our estate planning.
