Mr Roll created a Trust for my parents in 2002. After their passing it proved to be a wonderful tool for the surviving family. I am leaving this comment because I found that his caring for our family did not stop when my parents were gone. This year I received two checks from one of my mother's accounts payable to her Estate. Try as I may, for 5 months, I could not negotiate the checks because they were made payable to her estate. I set a deadline for myself to set up a family trust before I turned 50 years old. I waited til that self-imposed deadline to finally pull the trigger. I was afraid it would take just way too much time. Blaine Burch explained the process and gave me a list of things to do and paperwork to gather. It wasn't as overwhelming as I thought it would be. It was actually quite easy for me. Blaine and his team did all the heavy lifting. Our trust included our primary residence, the company we own, bank accounts, other financial accounts, and other assets.
