C Alexandre Barbera Attorney At Law

My divorce was handled very poorly. I was mocked and emotionally hurt by Mr. Barbera, it basically felt like he was representing and defending my ex husband and not me. If you want to be treated with empathy, respect and taken serious do not hire Mr. Barbera.

Mr. Barbera is a thirty year plus seasoned family law attorney who knows the family law system and how to achieve favorable results better than any other attorney I've dealt with. He is very direct, logical and will be up front with you so you know what to expect. He is very quick and confident and brilliant in the courtroom. He was able to save me over $80k from my ex who was trying to screw me over! If you need an attorney with integrity and knows how to get you what you want hire him!

Called and spoke to Mr. Barbera to ask for advice to see if I needed a lawyer or if I should come in to speak with him. He was very rude started laughing in the middle of me explaining the situation which I got upset and called him out on that and his excuse was "I was doing something else" so clearly wasn't paying attention! I wouldn't waste a dime on his services

For $3000 this attorney gave me the only half of the documents I needed, then proceeded to file those documents with the court then asked for several thousand dollar retainer for a divorce that contains no property, no child custody issues and no financial issues and proceeded to tell me Good luck I’m on my own. My divorce will now take at least 6. Ore months because of this mans incompetency and greed: Maybe someone this old shouldn’t be practicing law anymore.

Poor communication, weeks without any contact. Spent a lot of money with absolutely 0 result. Would not recommend
