I can't say enough about the service John provided. I was charged with reckless driving (89/60) on I-95. He was very professional, attentive, and skilled. We came up with a plan in advanced of my court date and he attended in my stead as I live out of state. He did not over promise - but definitely over delivered. My charges were dropped after taking John's advice and taking a driving improvement course and filling community service hours prior to my court date.

Nick Wright was very honest and upfront with what to expect in my 96 in a 65. With the way Henrico County is in relation to reckless driving charges (anything 90 or above basically being intolerable and instant jail time) Nick told me to focus on avoiding jail time and keeping my license, and Nick helped me do just that. While the reckless driving charge absolutely stuck (I was going irresponsibly fast) and was associated with a 750 dollar fine, I am happy considering what the alternative could have been. The difference between 89 and 90/91 is insane in Henrico County. I unfortunately have to live with a criminal record for the rest of my time in VA. But Nick and this firm saved me from certain jail time and helped me keep my license (not even a restricted license) and for that I'm grateful. For those who are interested. I did the community service, both driving schools, and got my calibration done prior to the court date. But Henrico is just one of those places you just don't want to get caught speeding in. In my opinion, this is the review you want to use for any future inquiries in regards to what to expect for anything 90 and above. And you want Nick Wright at your defense. I can tell you the judge at the time was happy to give anyone going in 89 and under a fighting chance with driving school (really nice guy honestly). Once the judge got to me however, again a 96 in a 65, the judge wanted nothing more than to send me to jail, I mean he was mad and understandably so, but Nick got me through it. I consider this outcome an absolute win considering the circumstances and would recommend Nick Wright and John Wieland to anybody.
