Do not hire these lawyers. You will never hear from them. They bill you and then quit responding. We hired them to obtain legal guardianship of our intellectually disabled son with severe autism. Now we don’t know what to do. Our son has been served his paperwork, but we can’t get in contact with our lawyer. It is completely ridiculous, and frustrating is an understatement. We are furious.

I have left multiple voice messages with the office and emails for Jon to please refund the unused portion of my retainer as my services ended with them over a month ago. I never get a response or call-back, and now the office won’t even answer my calls.

Jon Wagner was referred to us for a tenant/landlord lease dispute and later worked with us on a new lease agreement. He is very knowledgeable on Texas law, was patient in explaining things, and respectful of our time and billing hours. He wrote in notes on the new lease agreement and helped us to negotiate a better lease for us. His confidence and clear knowing of the laws helped us go against a very pushy realtor. Texas is a private property owners state and Jon is great at helping to balance things.
