Keri has been wonderful to work with, and provided true white glove service from my initial interaction all the way to home purchasing journey. She was able to guide me, and provide great support in legal matters and and also refer me to too professionals within her group for other other services.

She is excellent work for everyone. Callocchia law firm has closed on many homes for me and my family. They are kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about real estate.

I wish I could give Callochia Law Firm 100 stars out of 5!! They’ve handled several legal matters for me, and I keep going back because they’re amazing and wonderful to work with. First, Keri was the lawyer I used when I closed on my house several years ago. I was a first-time home buyer, and Keri made the process so easy. She was very responsive, and very sharp about all of the legal ins and outs, and so good to work with. It took a lot of stress out of the process because she was always so on top of things. The closing went very smoothly with her handling it. Next, I had been putting off for years getting my will in order and getting medical directives created. After seeing how well Keri handled the house closing, I then asked for her help with that too. Once again, she handled the matter with a very high level of competence and ease. Keri is very sharp and very responsive, and she answered all of my questions, and once again made the process easy, alleviating any stress. Later, an acquaintance mentioned how he was having a very difficult time with a home closing and how his lawyer wouldn’t get back to him. I told him about Keri. He terminated things with the previous lawyer (nothing was moving ahead anyway), and then he hired Keri. He was very happy as she got things moving, was very responsive, and the closing then went smoothly. He was so happy with Keri that he also went back for a will too. A few years later, I was in a dispute with a creditor who was unfairly trying to charge me well above what I owed, and trying to bully me into paying an unfair amount. After initially trying to contest it on my own, and the creditor being unreasonable and trying to take me to court, I asked for help from Callocchia Law Firm again. The lawyer for the creditor looked surprised (and a little scared) when they saw Frank walk in at the courthouse, and all of a sudden, they became very reasonable and very accommodating as Frank handled it, and the whole thing settled very favorably for me to my satisfaction on the spot! The money I saved in the settlement way more than made back the small fee Frank charged - he was definitely well worth it, both in terms of the financial outcome for me as well as the peace of mind. Finally, more recently, I had some questions about a property tax matter. Keri called me back and answered my questions about what I needed to do. I did it, and the whole thing turned out fine. Once again, I felt reassured as something legal and stressful was made easy and the stress taken away by Keri. She didn’t even charge me to answer the question. The Callochia Law Firm is just wonderful to work with. They’ve expertly handled several matters for me, which took the stress out of things, and made the process go smoothly. They are always responsive. They’re very, very sharp and also compassionate. I highly recommend them!

Keri Callocchia is best! Hands down. First, she helped us in the process when we were buying our first home, then I contacted her about a legal matter I was going through and she helped me right away without hesitating. If you want things to get done quick and in a professional matter, Callocchia Law Firm is the place to go!

I hired her as my closing attorney and she was the worst! As a first time home buyer, I had questions, I would have to call and email her multiple times to get updates with little to no response. She did not follow up on things that I requested nor did she provide me with updates when requested. The only time I receive a timely response and adequate communication was when it came time to wire funds. When it came time to sign official closing documents she had hand written in last minute things. It felt unprofessional and rushed. I will never retain her services again! Working with her really dampened my first experience purchasing a home. Update: After reading the review, and almost a month after I posted this review, Keri CALLED my mother!!! She suddenly wanted to do a follow up and check in!! Where was this service and helpfulness when we were actually retaining her services?! Too little waaaaay too late.
