I will never purchase another Cannon product. All Cannon cares about is the sale. I GOOGLED the repeatedly out of how to fix "MYSELF" the P10 code, all I needed to do was unplug the darn power cord attached to the thing actual TS3522. Your disrespectful customer support individual could have just told me that vice I had to buy a new printer. I am a United States Veteran, I post reviews on Trust Pilot and Google Reviews, you can be assured I will let everyone know not to buy a Cannon product, your cheapest "All-in' One" printer, the one I have has the actual highest rating for consumer choice. None of this information is available on any Cannon Product website, nor can the actual "Error Codes" for any of your products without extensive research. Thanks for nothing Cannon!
