I could not begin to tell you how much this law firm has touched my life. Most people do not want to go this route - but if you have to then this is the place to begin! Mr. Robinson was helpful, caring, engaging, knowledgeable and an exceptional negotiator! He took care of everything and kept me informed the entire way! One thing i am sure of - Mr. Robinson cares about his clients. Nothing can take back the pain and time I lost with injuries but the financial reward that Mr. Robinson was able to retain was phenomenal. My husband and I were in a car accident and realized we needed to hire a lawyer to make sure we were properly represented. As I am sure you know, as soon as most lawyers find out you were in an accident you are immediately overwhelmed with calls and emails from various lawyers all claiming to be the best. From the moment we reached out to their office we were treated with dignity and respect. We were not pressured but presented with clear facts and proper expectations. This was a long process for us (2 1/2 year due to my medical issues). Robert and his assistant Julie Fiedler were always available to answer my questions.. talk about next steps and often.. just talking me off the ledge. Julie took extra care to reach out to me to check on me and it really confirmed that I had placed my trust in the right place. The few times I have to go to the office, even the receptionist had such a warm disposition and chatted with me to make me comfortable. I would like to sincerely thank Michael Cerjak and the staff at Cannon & Dunphy. Michael worked tirelessly to win my mother's case. He kept focused while the Pandemic shook our nation. He reassured me our concerns would be heard despite political unrest. I'll forever remember the Man to Man respect given when we first met Michael. My dad said "oh yeah I can roll with him" which meant he liked him and trusted him. I'll also remember the empathy shown when my father and brother passed away.
