Did not follow hospice doctors orders. Two nurses refused to wake up my mom to give her morphine after she fell at that facility, breaking her hip and being in agonizing pain. When asked they said they had the right to refuse and if hospice wanted her to have it that often that hospice should give my mom the morphine. My mother died shortly after that. They don’t deserve the star I gave them. The administrator really doesn’t care.This facility is Copper Trace in Westfield, IN

Morristown Manor is not a good place to live. My mother's roommate is allowed to keep her TV on all night. Last night they gave the roommate a shower at 9pm. My mom is not getting restful sleep. Also, the food here is terrible. There are long wait times to get an aide to get her to the bathroom.

Nursing staff has led by Jennifer bullied patients/residents as well as employees. None of the residents/patients feel free to speak of their experiences and lack of proper care. Emotional care is just as important as physical.

Your nurses you have hired for university heights is not being attentive to my love one.. it took me 1 hour to get someone to answer the phone..

. The recruiter would never return y phone calls. Stated she would but would just ignore me. We communicated via email but rarely addressed the question at hand. After talking to the manager I decided to sign on as an employee. Two weeks go by and I do not hear from anyone. I again contact the recruiter again about benefits. She gives me an answer I was not sure I believed. I contacted the manager who gave me a different answer. Week three I contacted the manager again about my starting date. She stated that she would check with her manager to see where we were in the process. Three hours later she gets back with me and tells me that the census is low, there are changes in billing and this probably would not be a good fit for me. I then later talk to two nurses and a therapist who used to work there who told me that they only worked for them between three and eight months. I would never recommend a company that does this. I had already told my other jobs that I was leaving. I then had to ask for my other job back because of them. If they treat someone this way who they’re trying to recruit, imagine how they treat their actual employees.
