Unethical and Biased – Not Acting in the Best Interest of the Child Azadeh Malek has demonstrated clear bias and a lack of professional integrity in her role as a GAL. She disregarded critical evidence, failed to conduct a thorough investigation, and ignored multiple attempts at communication from the opposing side. Instead of acting in the best interest of the child, she appeared to have an agenda, favoring one party without justification. She refused to return phone calls, neglected to engage with all attorneys involved, and seemed to be in collusion with opposing counsel—who already has a reputation for unethical practices. Her courtroom testimony was riddled with falsehoods and unsupported claims, which directly contradicted documented facts. If you are dealing with a custody case and want a fair, balanced, and ethical GAL, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
