Reviews

My company has used other law firms in the past, but we returned and stayed with Carol Clark Law. This law firm has represented us for 15 years, and during the past few months, Carol Clark proved her mettle on two different legal matters. We’ve found her to be attentive, professional and ethical, and she gets positive outcomes. From first-hand experience, I can say she’s meticulous and a very creative and savvy negotiator.
Michael A. O'Neill is an attorney here and did a great job with a tricky deed involving tenants in common, an estate and a power of attorney. All for a very affordable price. He even consulted with me further over the phone twice when I was at the bank and wasn't going to charge me for that, until I insisted. I highly recommend him.
This firm is outdated, they require you to print documentation and appear in person for the initial consultation (No Zoom or virtual meetings). After several months of back-and-forth via email, they decided to drop my case. Poor communication and a lack of tenacity.
I just want to share this Law Firm delivered everything and more they were professional got me results fast and I highly recommend them I will definitely be using. Carrol Clark if the situation ever arises again she guided Patrick for my case had results in 2 weeks flat
If I could give them zero stars I would. They are completely incompetent attorneys that nickel and dime and take your rights away. Unfortunately, I was forced to use them for a closing of my property and it was headaches the whole way through. I had to have a Power of Attorney as I live out of state. They forced me to use their 2 page document so that they could collect $50 for me and WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO USE THE ONE I HAD. Then when they sent it, the names were wrong and they refused to make it anything other than limited. If I am going to pay an attorney to do a POA that I could have gotten done myself, I should be able to get the POA I want for future transactions as well. Michael O'Neill, who I was working with, claimed their document was special and refused to let me use the one I had. I am filing a complaint with the GA Bar, The BBB and making sure anyone who has the option does not use these people. It's like the 1st reviewer said - they are a complete scam.
