I would give them negative stars if I could. Should have read reviews on here. My best friend used them for a custody case and paid them $2k. Michael J. Saglimben was the attorney and he was never available. For $2k he attended the initial hearing for which he was woefully prepared and did not defend his client at all. He never bothered to make an appointment with her to review the case prior to the court date. We made several phone calls during this 3-4 month period for legal consultation when issues with the opposing party came up. During this time the office staff who answered the phones were rude and acted put out. They promised return calls by Mr. Saglimben which never occurred. The whole experience was awful. Fortunately the other party wanted to settle and his lawyer handled everything on that end. At the time she paid the retainer Michael J. Saglimben agreed to pay back a portion of that money should the case not go all the way to trial. Once the settlement paperwork was done we asked him again about a refund and he agreed that money was owed back. We never heard from him again and follow up phone calls yielded nothing. Not only were they worthless in this case but also liars. Find a lawyer elsewhere!!

Excellent attorney!! I had the pleasure of retaining Mike throughout my court cases, and he handled my cases in a timely fashion, without any hassle, and VERY professionally. He's definitely an attorney that I would recommend, to handle your court case in Family Court!! Mr. Saglimben got right to the point, and did what he said he was going to do, WITHOUT THE HASSLE!!! Mike's office returned any calls I had, answered any questions, and eased my mine, about the case, before, DURING, and AFTER my case was over. Mike is definitely one of the most, exciting attorneys that I've had to represent me in Family Court!! Very professional!!

For what he was up against, he did a great job and was a lot of help on our case. Unfortunately, back when Nenno was a judge- it didnt matter how good your lawyer was. Highly recommended!

Awful service from start to finish. I received a page from someone else's case, and often did not get needed letters right away. I also had to fight to get my retainer back, after being told multiple times (written and verbally) that I would (they got it from my ex). I have never been so stressed in my life and I was going through a divorce. I would call and almost never get a callback (even though I was told I would), I had to call multiple times to get anything done or get any information and always received attitude about it. When I went into the office I'd get the same short responses and sharp looks. I have anxiety so I very much hated all contact with them. I had Michael, although he was a nice guy he was often unreachable and scatterbrained. Nothing about my experience was professional. Once I finally got my retainer back I was told I'd have to repay it in order to get my ex-husband back to court over not paying alimony even though it was an ongoing case. The only positive thing I can think of, was that they were able to help me (due to my situation) without me paying over $1000.
