LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I called through a referral from another company I've worked with in the past that was unable to help me. I had my Hot Water Tank blow out the bottom and flood my basement on a Friday afternoon. Derek returned my call within an hour and within 3hrs I had hot water again. I have 3 children under the age of 3 and with the amount of laundry, dishes and bath giving I do on a daily basis, I couldn't go even 24hrs without hot water. He came right away, did the job he was asked to do and was in and out within less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for better service regardless, but for a Friday night at 8pm, he and his partner went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I am so thankful to them and will recommend them to anyone I can in the future!!!

Ive used Casale exclusively since buying my house. They know what they're doing for reasonable price and each technician has been very friendly.

Just needed a toilet replaced. They said $75 an hour. They were here for 1 hour. Took 15 minutes to write up the bill. Then said they were here an hour and a half. Whatever. But then they said the bill was over $400. I looked at him like he was crazy. He said “Oh, wait I did my math wrong.” Fixed his math… and it was $243. Apparently it’s $75 an hour PER person. There was two guys there…one basically just stood and watched the other work. The only time there was even kind of two people needed was when they carried out the old toilet…which I could’ve helped with. For $75 an hour it was worth paying someone to just take care of it for me. For $150 an hour plus tax, I would’ve done it myself. And I would’ve made that decision if they hadn’t TOLD ME it was $75 an hour. I have other jobs I need done that I will never hire this company for, because I’m afraid they’ll find some way to DOUBLE the bill when it’s time to pay. Never ever again…

Update: received a call from a technician who ended up running the call today, very nice gentleman and very thankful he went! He deserves 5 stars however the company as a whole needs to be better about communicating with their customers and not just canceling calls with no reason. Called to have a technician look at a boiler for my tenant and instead of running the call they instead said they couldn’t make it and never attempted to call me (landlord) to reschedule. Working for a plumbing and HVAC company previously I find this lack of communication highly unprofessional and the fact that they don’t finish the calls on the board is very inconsiderate to peoples lives and schedules.

I’ve been dealing with sewer backing up in my basement drain for the last 2 weeks, and other companies have come out and the issue was solved for a day before my sewer started to back up again as soon as I took a shower. I called Casale at 8am on Monday and Travis and Derrick were able to come out the same morning. They cleared my main sewer line from inside and outside the house and scoped the pipe to confirm the work was done and the pipes were in good condition. They also installed my dishwasher since the previous owners had gotten creative with their plumbing for the existing one and I could not do it myself. All services were completed in a timely and professional manner, with care to keep my home clean despite the dirty work they were doing, and they offered advice for how to keep my pipes clear so they wouldn’t have to come back. I’ve been able to run multiple loads in the washing machine and dishwasher and shower each day with no more sewer backups in my basement, and I will definitely use Casale for any future plumbing projects in my home.
