John Noel and the inter staff helped my family and I through a tuff time and did it with kindness and so much patients . I'm sp very very satisfied with the work they did for us . I would highly recommend them the nicest people. You would not be disappointed with this team of remarkable people. Thank you for all the amazing work you did for our family.
I first met John last year when both my parents were diagnosed with terminal cancer. Their life expectancies were not great, however, time was valuable and they wanted to ensure they had the proper paperwork in place to protect their wishes, assets and children. John took the time to explain to my parents, in very simple terms, how the process works. He was very thorough, patient and answered all their questions. I really appreciated the extra mile he went for them to truly understand the process. Fast forward less than a year, I never imagined I would have to put in effect all the planning we just put in place-sadly I did. I was grieving the loss of both my parents, and had no idea what to do or where to start. With a call to John and his caring and personable paralegal Noelle they both took extra care and made sure I knew step by step what to do and how to do it. During these emotional times, I can’t describe how grateful I am to have them on my side. Noelle was always there to answer my questions, be it some -probably self explanatory and never did I feel brushed off or not heard. I was confident knowing I would be guided through the complex legal universe and felt very supported. I am still going through the process, but am entirely thankful for John and Noelle, the team that has helped guide me through the most difficult time in my life. The paperwork can be overwhelming and scary, especially if you don’t speak the language of law. You really have to feel comfortable with whom you are entrusting so much. In short, I highly recommend the Center for Law and Estate Planning for all your loved ones end of life and estate needs. I know this was a long review but I hope you took the time to read it.
Can not say enough good things about the way John and Keri handled my parent's planning. We had done some early planning with another firm years before the health issues began to pile up and we needed to sell their home and move into assisted living. The advice we received then and what we needed going forward were very different. John's approach of paying a one time fee and not running the meter every time we needed help (and there was plenty of that) was a Godsend. John's plan was individualized for my parent's situation and helped preserve some of their estate. He was spot on with everything. He literally saved an entire IRA account that would have been lost to nursing care, he personally attended their house closing when it was sold and initiated/organized a conference call (before Zoom became the new normal) with my Dad's financial advisor. John's expertise and knowledge of the entire process was very calming for us all. Keri was like a dog with a bone and stayed after me while I gathered a lifetime of paper and records. She was competent and helped every step of the way. I was referred to John by a friend and Keri and it was one of the best recommendations I have ever been given. A lot of this sort of thing is done under stressful conditions and these folks took us from A to Z. Great people, down to earth and expert in their field. One of the best financial decisions I have ever made.
hello id like to share a review for this Co. as they did a great job for my brother sister & I. my mom was in a nursing facility as she had fallen down & had an operation in the hospital & from there into the rehab. center , & then into a nursing home , as her health was not good to ever be home again. I contacted the Co. and set up an consultation. we actually had 3 consultations that john had spent a lot of time with us , and did not charge us for the consults. we did sign up with him after checking with 2 other legal firms first. he had saved us money which the state or the nursing home would have gotten because of his quick professional actions that he took. the cost was actually cheaper than the other 2 firms that I contacted & they both only gave us 1 free consult. & when I called them for another consult. they said it would cost so much per hour after that point. so I'm happy to say that not only did john save us a lot of money from my mothers assets , he was actually more caring & understanding about the situation. so what I'm saying is he cared for us did an exceptional part on the legal end & saved us a lot of money at the end. it was a pleasure doing business with this firm & I would advise anyone to check this firm out for all your elder law questions.
Center 4 Elder Law is the upper standard for estate planning. My Mom wanted to create a trust to protect her assets. I was told about Center 4 Elder Law by a very good financial consultant that I know. We set up an appointment and John and the team were very thorough in explaining everything as we had no idea what to do. It was quick, easy, and John was very professional and very personable. That was six years ago and I can still call as I did today for advice and John gets right back to me. Center 4 Elder Law is definitely worth using.
