This review is for John Chapman Law Firm of Sarasota FL, specifically related to construction defect (558 claim). John is friendly, professional, methodical, intelligent and knows how the system works. He understands that the battle is usually uphill and didn't lead us down false roads of hope. He realistically advised us on the best course of action, both for financial and strategic reasons, and that is to make whole a person or family that was (on a mass scale) the unintentional victim of shody construction and craftsmanship of unnamed builder. John is a good man plain and simple. Trust him and let him do his job and in the end he'll do his best to make things right. No need for a big broker house law firm. I would recommend John if you have a 558 construction defect from poor workmanship or other related new home construction issues. Thanks John, I was paying attention...
John Chapman took care of all of my legal documents including power of attorney, health care surrogate, living will and revokable trust, and some other business related documents.. Arrogant and cannot be trusted in my honest opinion. There are many other more reputable attorney's in Sarasota County. I would look elsewhere. Excellent and well respected Sarasota Attorney. I think it's critical to have a local attorney that really knows the ins and outs of the local system. John is certainly that. He's connected to the community and has a well deserved reputation for results. When you're looking for representation here in Sarasota it'd be difficult to find someone with equal experience, connections and local influence.
