Mr. Butler handled a case for our family today. It was a situation where we were under extreme time constraints because the defendant was scheduled to enter the service and the Commonwealth Atty for the district where the court was located was not willing to budge on the charges, even though there was minimal evidence provided to support the charge. Mr Butler was able to get the charges reduced and did a fantastic job working the case. I cant thank you enough Sir for the work you did.

Chuck failed to follow proper steps when he issued a subpoena for specific individuals to be questioned regarding my case. I also had another individual fly in from overseas to testify for me but it was all for naught because of Chuck's costly error. When I addressed Chuck about the subpoena, he never responded to my email, never gave an explanation or even an apology. Just silence.
