This is absolutely the WORST law office I've ever went to! The first time I went to this horrible I applied for disability they assured me that they can definitely get it because of my heart condition and that if I was denied they will most definitely appeal and continue we went to one hearing and as soon as they denied me the FIRST time they dropped me following that a few months later I had heart surgery they just so happened to call and the day before the scheduled surgery and begged me to come back to them so they can "represent" me in the case I gave them another shot they sent me a letter saying my attorney no longer works there and I would be assigned to a new on which I NEVER got to meet the guy and every time I called to see what was going on with the ongoing case of 3 years waiting they hadn't contacted me NOT once! The woman that answers the phone is very rude I would tell her my name and what I'm calling about an she would just say with an attitude just leaver her a message she'll call back I told her I've left several messages and my mother as well her exact words were they are getting the messages they will eventually call you back. And when ever I did get a chance to speak to someone it still was not the attorney it was the secretary and she would always say I was just looking at your file we'll call you back. I never knew a place could be so unorganized and rude. My last straw with this place was I came to get my file because they was suppose to call me back from November 2017 and we are in January 2018 and once again Sharon or whatever her name is at the front desk had an attitude and ask what was i there for I politely said my file and she rolled her eyes and called the new secretary for this mystery attorney and she tells me oh we closed your case months ago nobody called you ?? We'll have your file tomorrow you can come back and pick it up which I live 45 minuets away so if you want someone that has no communications while they are so called representing your case or dropped your case without informing you come here this is the perfect place!!! Just horrible I wish o can give them negative 5 stars!!!

I had a terrible accident. I didn't know what to do or who to turn to. A good friend suggested I call Thomas and Pearl . That turned out to be such great advice. They were so helpful and professional at a very stressful time. Thank you very much!
