The attorney is very nice and helpful. However his office staff could use a "how to be nice" class. Lady at the front has been less then pleasant. My second visit she was rude and would mutter rude things about me under her breath to the other lady in front. Not sure she cared that I could hear her. It's not like I wanted to have to do this but I saw no other choice. Going in to make payments has been unpleasant as well.

I have met Mr Schneider back in the 90s, he is a very professional lawyer. He has helped me an many people I know. He knows what he is doing an can answer any questions you have. I would recommend him to anyone! He is also very friendly!

Bankruptcy - NOT a proud moment in my life. Mr. Schneider welcomed me in, assessed my situation and helped me learn the differences between Chapter 13 and Chapter 7. Mr. Schneider worked for us as creditors involved in a bankruptcy case where our house was being occupied by a non-paying renter who was using the bankruptcy court to buy himself time and avoid payment. As our lawyer he worked expertly to inform us of all matters relating to our case and bankruptcy law in general.
