When I first hired him, he warned me that “if a, b, and c seem to be happening, we need to be ready for situations x, y and z.” Fortunately, those difficulties didn’t occur, and my divorce was much more amicable than I expected. In later parts of the process, my soon-to-be-ex and I agreed that Charles should prepare some of the documents that normally would be prepared by the other attorney.
