The CT group is not dependable. The pay is low. The property ai worked through CT was very bad. Paradise at Parkside Management made it like that. They don't fix anything they just cover up work that needs to be done. They hire new people every two weeks and they leave because of poor management. I was very disappointed while working with CT. It seemed the only concern was to save money so they could split it at the end of the year.

The company has tolerated harrassment of residents by both staff and other residents. They have ignored health and safety issues at the Artspace residence that have resulted in action by the housing authorities, code enforcement, the EPA and other agencies. But most egregious is the lack of confidentiality and the combativeness on the part of their property manager. We have repeatedly tried to get the attention of Fred Killian and Charles Tini - to no avail.

By far the worst place to live as resident, they don't care about there residents at all kids and all. Also the worst company to work for as a contractor when they owe you so much money you got to make several complaints and take it to the extreme just to get what is rightfully yours they need better management all the way around the board in Louisville KY. Absolutely have the worst property manager property overseer and all. I will continue to make my complaints until addressed properly.

This business manage a property I live in. They are horrible. I am currently gathering information to send to the Consumer Protection Agency. God had a Pastor to sell me an Ice Box because they refused to replace the gasket on the one still in the apartment with holes in the bottom and falling off around the edges that's for starters. I feel sorry for the residents who have vouchers or who do not have people to advocate for them. I hope the owner see this and get a better company to manage his property.On October 24, 2017 the most horrible property manager I have ever seen is trying to hurry up and get things done. She can not manage or Supervise her staff properly. She can not keep a Site Mgr. She is clueless on how to manage property.
