Cheadle LAW

I called the Cheadle Law office for a balance of my account. Sydney, the paralegal , was very rude. She seemed bothered by my request, and me, to meet Mary Cheadle in the office in person. to discuss my account balance and reduction of payment. I was told that the lawyers do not meet with clients in person other than court days. I asked repeatedly how much did Cheadle Law pay for my loan. I never received an answer. A charge off was placed on my credit report for less than one fourth of my total loan, yet Cheadle is demanding the total amount of the loan plus interest. "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the Kingdom of GOD." Pray for mercy on their soul's. They dont deserve one star.

The young ladies Sydney and Savannah answering the phones for this law office has the worst attitude and people skills. I never understood why people like this go get jobs dealing with the public. It seemed as if because I’m questioning the validity of the balance it made them so upset to the point of hanging up and acting like a child. It’s a business please act accordingly! We have the right to question about debts especially if they’re not valid.

They lost a $200 payment and social security number. Will not take $200 off despite us driving and hour and thirty minutes to them to hand deliver payment. Explained I have a photo copy of the check and proof what time we were there so they might check cameras. They also hang up and laugh and say the lawyer probably lost the item and try to back track and say “well it may not have been the lawyer”. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. FYI they are allowed to lose a payment and will not accept any payment u less it is in the magical drop box. Good luck for anyone dealing with these smooth brained individuals

I wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have to. This is most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDEST law firm I have EVER dealt with. Trying to obtain information and the receptionist is nothing more than HATEFUL amd slams the phone down and hangs up in your face. That's when they decide to answer the phone. I would never recommend them as a law firm. This firm is extremely shady in its dealings.

These guys are horrible!!! Placed a hold on my account after months and months of unsuccessful payments and countless times of me trying to call the office to inform them I could not get the online payment option to work. They don’t answer the phone so don’t bother calling and everyone who is working for this firm is extremely mean and nasty and like to see clients suffering. I’m sorry in advance if you have to deal w these people it won’t be easy!!
