FYI, The Ohio Attorney General website recommends that you use an experienced Lemon Law attorney if you are attempting to go this route. Don't use just any general practice attorney - use a Lemon Law attorney.

Expect to wait months for any response in communication, if you get a response at all. Told me the day before the court hearing that he would not be there and an associate I had never met or communicated with before would be representing me. Does not respect clients’ time.
