I don’t even understand how these rude disrespectful, scamming company have 4 star rating with the way they conduct business. First off they buy debts from scamming car dealerships that you don’t require license to get cars in peoples name and collect. We have been dealing with identity theft and have been trying to handle this manner correctly and professionally dispite the circumstances. We never received anything in the mail, they don’t have a correct address on file in over 7 years when this situation occurred and anytime we call we are treated rudely. There is a woman who enjoys hanging up on your face, refusing valuable information such as a correct address so we can the papers started to get this handled while waiting on a lawyer. In the meantime they are taking 40% of my husbands check for a car HE NEVER rented, owned anything! This company is fraud and very distasteful and I can not wait to the situation is fixed and they have to pay back every dollar that was wrongfully garnished!

The lady that works here is rude. She's doesn't know how to listen when you give your name so you have to repeat yourself. Go get a real job. Very unprofessional people
