I hired Mr Bybee several years ago. I had an attorney file a claim on me for a debt he bought from a collection agency for a student loan that I allegedly owed. A scam that an attorney will file, go through the motions, count on people not responding to claim filed against them in court and most likely the person will not show up to court and the attorney who filed wins the case by default because the person didn't show up to dispute the case. Well I know I paid the loan, and after multiple attempts to contact the attorney to see what's going on, without any responds. I contacted Mr Bybee, after speaking to several attorneys, and told him my situation. He agreed to meet me and he looked over the lawsuit and right away knew the situation was a scam. The attorney didn't think I would do anything so he filed the case in the wrong court, he didn't have any proof of my debt, like a signed contract. So we fought back for malpractice on the opposing attorney and won. I didn't loose money I actually was compensated enough to pay my fees to Mr Bybee and have some money for myself, I needed a new computer anyway. Mr Bybee, is professional, intelligent (was impressed how quickly he assessed the errors with opposing attorney), and NOT driven by greed. This is his job not a tool to get rich, he dresses business casual, at the time drove a basic truck, not an expensive vehicle, and he went after this guy because it was wrong, Bybee has storog ethical standards, which you can't say for to many attorneys. Most are greedy and screw people, basically legally extorting people like the guy that was attempting it on me. If needed, I would recomend him and hire him again.
