I contacted Christina Rivenbark & Associates and I spoke with Vicki Walker a paralegal with the firm and explained a traffic situation that my husband was in and that I had very little knowledge of what our options were and that we needed help. Vicki looked into my husbands situation discussed his case with the attorney and let me know that it would be best for my husband to handle it on his own by paying the fee for the citation, that I had initially called her about getting the attorney to reopen. This really says a lot about this law firm's integrity not once did she mention money to me nor did she lie and tell me they could help me when she knew from the start they could not she told me before even speaking with the attorney she mentioned it wouldn't be likely but wanted to look have the attorney look at my husband's case. I contacted many other attorneys in this county and was told something different they said could help me and here are the fees etc. knowing his situation was already at the best case possible and couldn't change. Not considering us as a family trying to straighten this out. But with Vicki she was professional and courteous from the very beginning!! Vicki really helped me to understand this even down to helping me understand points for his drivers license. Although I didn't have to actually use this firm to represent my husband I wanted to share this experience to hopefully encourage someone else to do so.
