You will initially talk with Josh for consultation and once you sign the contract with them you won’t get another word with him, ever. I was giving advice to their own advantage. I’m glad I didn’t follow through, it just didn’t feel right.

I have been waiting since November 2023 for a title name change and they keep saying they waiting for a water certificate from the city of Chicago. It's been 4 months and I'm getting the run around. I need help. Since my last review I was given someone else from Citizens Law to assist me and I'm pleased to say that my issue has been corrected and I have my quit deed.
