We were referred to Clarke's office by our former business attorney in 2017 when it became apparent that my wife and I needed to dissolve our business, break our lease, and face our creditors. Clarke Balcom Law has been a great legal resource for me! From the time I met Clarke, Chris, Eloise, and the other staff members they have taken excellent care of my case, and provided peace of mind. I had a big financial struggle to deal with in 2016, and they provided the legal expertise for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They always acted professionally, reminded me of things I needed to do, and promptly returned my voicemails and emails. After calling around to at least a dozen different laws firms for quotes and advice on my legal situation, I decided to use Clarke Balcom Law. Since I needed help quickly, they were kind enough to get me an appointment fast as well. They were both very nice, friendly, and understanding of my situation. They took way more time with me than we had scheduled to thoroughly answer the dozens of questions I had. We went over the rates and the processes behind my situation so I could get a clear picture of the time, energy and money it would take to resolve it. They made me feel understood, heard, and like they would really fight to help me the best they could. The process did take some time but they were great about communicating with me through the whole process. Eventually, they were able to resolve my increasingly complicated situation way above my expectations. They did warn me before of the possible realistic outcomes so I tried not to get my hopes up too much. Once it was all done though they were awesome! They were able to help me so much through that situation and I am so grateful it is over.
