Used their calendar option to schedule a call for 2:30, moved around my work schedule to ensure I made myself available, jumped on the call invite at 2:30p sharp, waited 15 minutes, no one from CMS dialed in, no email or correspondence to say they were running behind. Called their office, reception did have access to calendar. Was of no help. Finally received a call at 2:52pm. Here’s a tip - have the courtesy to let potential clients know that you are running behind. Give your front desk, access to your calendar so they can communicate with clients in the event of delays.
