Cady & Dugan PC

RUDE, INSENSITIVE & CONDESCENDING. I called and left a message for Mr.Cady over the weekend, after being referred to him by one of his past clients. He instead had Mr. Dugan call me who was condescending and seemingly mad that he was asked by his partner to find out why I called. Additionally Mr. Dugan argued with me about the referred past client details that hired Mr. Cady!! What purpose that gains is a mystery...arguing with a potential client - And why did that even matter?!!! No thanks on this firm!!! If I wanted Dugan I would have left him a message. Mr Dugan was completely rude, pushy and rushing me at 8am on a Monday. While I appreciate the call back right away, have some sensitivity to people. You wouldnt have a house over your head if it werent for "the people". You are not a NY Manhattan attorney, calm down sir!
