Couldn't have asked for a smoother closing and signing experience. The team at Cohen made me feel prepared and confident going into such a big decision. They were quick to answer ALL of my insane questions and did so with patience and kindness. Shannon was incredibly thorough leading me through my signing. She was honest, but also personable and friendly navigating a highly detail-oriented process. Certainly put me at ease through a heavy amount of paperwork. 11/10 would recommend!

The closing process was awesome! Hunter was very personable, efficient and professional. We sold our home after 42 years and will say that this was an emotional event for us. Hunter made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It was a great experience.

They gave us updates well ahead of time, were ready when they said they would be, and helped us wrap up the closing in no time! Great company. Sale went smooth. I requested financial changes after the fact. Lexi answered the phone and was very pleasant and immediately took appropriate action to get my issue resolved. Being nervous about so much money, just speaking with her made me feel a little more confident. I appreciate that.

This was my first closing with Cohen Closing & Title LLC. My Accountant and I could not believe the level of service. Everyone we had to deal with was extremely professional. If I had a question the phone or email was picked up right away. They went way beyond to make the closing go smooth. The Closer Brittany was amazing on time and organized.They provided all document's ahead of time for review, I guess I cant say enough. I look forward to my next closing with their Team.
