Ashlee was a huge help when I needed legal advice. After many other law firms failed to return my calls, or wanted to charge a fortune for a consultation, I finally reached the right attorney! I felt like I was meeting with a friend. She led me in the right direction and successfully took care of my issue with ease! I recommend Ashlee to all of my friends and family. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was when I first started using Cole Law firm. Ashlee is very professional and always responds to any questions/concerns I have in a timely manner. If you are looking for someone down to earth, ethical, and professional I would 100% recommend her.

Ashley sandbagged me in my custody case. She did little to defend me and allowed our opponents to put me through the ringer. Our case was postponed and when I tried to have it picked back up (two years ago) I was told by her assistant that Cole Law Firm no longer had anything pending for my case and that it had apparently been thrown out. I tried to set up a payment plan to pay the rest of what I knew was owed and was told that nothing was owed because the case had been thrown out. Fast forward to this past Tuesday (Nov. 30, 2021), I get a call saying that my case has been found and that court is to be scheduled Dec 8th. I tell them I'll be there. The VERY NEXT DAY, I get called again. ASKING if I'd like to pursue my case and that if I do, I'll have to pay the rest of what was originally owed PLUS an extra $250 up front before DEC. 8th because the funds I paid almost 4 years ago were used up. I said yes I'd like to pursue the case but I wanted to speak to Ashley personally and wanted an invoice for everything my money would be going towards. Keep in mind, she wanted more money up front, before she had even finished the job. Well, instead of contacting me like a professional would or even sending an invoice at all, she sends me a letter saying she resigns as my lawyer. Horribly unprofessional and puts her own personal relationships and interests with other attorneys in Mississippi ahead of your case. Example, two weeks after my case is postponed I see her promoting herself with a big billboard in my opponent's attorney's office lawn.

I had an excellent experience with Cole Law Firm. Ashlee is very kind and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help her clients. The staff was great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Best there is. Always came extremely prepared for court. She was always there to answer any and every question I had. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had her beside me in court.
