If I could give Mike Fleenor less than one star I would. He refuses to enforce Tommy's law and is allowing an animal abuser to go free. He hides behind the ladies in his office and offers no comment or explanation. His own Animal Control officers recommended charges and he just blew them off along with all of the rest of us.
Having worked with 3 successive Commonwealth's Attorneys in my years of practice, I can say Mr. Griffith's office is well-run and professional. He is both zealous and fair in prosecution. He may not agree, but he'll listen. He has worked hard to staff his office well, and it shows.

Pulaski County is known as the “let’s make a deal county, EVERYONE gets a deal.” All you have to do is drop one name and your free. What a joke this office is.
