Tim was fantastic to work with. He has an easy-going style, but he's extremely thorough, organized, and efficient. He moves mediation along at a steady, deliberate pace and serves as an excellent guide and facilitator. And he's able to work well over Zoom. Before my mediation was over, I had all the documentation and paperwork in hand and felt great about my results. I hope I never have to go through mediation again, but if I do, I would be very happy to work with Tim Cook.

Over the years, I have had a number of cases where Tim Cook has served as mediator. I have used his services repeatedly because he is prepared, reasonable and persistent. One particularly complex case sticks out. In that case, there were multiple parties, insurers and clients with hardened positions. Although the initial mediation was unsuccessful, Tim continued in a pursuit of settlement. The case would have been complex to try, and the attorneys were aware of the difficulties in doing so. With his guidance and creative solutions, we ultimately settled the case. I give him the highest marks for his work.

Tim Cook is the best mediator I know of right now in the Twin Cities for the price and over all. There are people doing this work who are not as talented as he is who charge a lot more. An opponent recommended him as a mediator in a case years ago and I think he is great.

Tim possesses a strong determination to bring opposing parties to a mutually satisfactory agreement, and has the ability to make that happen. His common sense approach includes both a willingness listen to both sides and a knack for outlining practical ways to bring seemingly intractable disagreements to resolution. My past experience with lawyers is they tend to be arrogant, argumentative, and expensive. Not Tim, he was a joy to work with! Not only was he was very prompt, professional and courteous, but most important he created favorable results FAST, far exceeding my expectations!
