Horrible experience. Especially since merge with Optum. Management are poor communicators. Contracted with Remx and Permont Staffing and place employees on MTO for a month with no pay. Then hire new employees with higher pay and same positions that others are on MTO for. Would never recommend this company.

Executive director Lisa Smith racially profiled black father in front of his home with his young children for no reason at all why would anyone want to use or be treated at a clinic where racist are allowed to head up the company.... wow ...wow ...wow Hey lisa,,,,we know your true heart now and next time go easy on the alcohol and racism its not a good look for a professional

Company protects racists that come after black men sitting at their own homes. They don't care about anything other than money and taking as much as they can from you.

Complete waste of time! I don't qualify but yet I am receiving dialysis and am unable to work. I did not reach out to change healthcare they reached out to me. I got a letter in the mail with a reference number and when I call they ask all of 3 questions and in a robotic tone tell me I am not eligible. I have a minor child and I am literally disabled because now I have to do dialysis the we times a week. Thanks for nothing

I give only 1 star from Japan just because of Lisa Smith, a pure racist.
