I would recommend using a different attorney or company.They were barely ok - got part of the job done but not in a way that was efficient or effective. Their approach was delay to run out the clock which is passable at best. It only solves the part of the problem but doesn't prevent it from reoccurring or continuing in new form. They didn't have basic understanding of related law matters which resulted in other issues going unaddressed. My counsel's communication was erratic and spotty. I'd often have to email/call her multiple times to get in touch. She exhibited a general apathy as if she didn't really care about my case - it didn't make me feel like they were working in my best interest. They also did not copy or forward me correspondence with the other counsel so there was no transparency. Overall their approach actually seemed to cause more issues in the long run. The billing was disorganized and messy. Overall the customer service was extremely poor unless it was to reach out about billing. Once I received three different emails from three different people about the same bill. Later when I asked for all the invoices, I found they had not sent me many of the invoices that they had billed to the retainer. I found a new lawyer who is moving things along, keeps me copied on all communications with counsel. Collaborates with me on strategy and understands that I can also bring some useful ideas to the table to make for a better case.
Mid sized firm with attorneys skilled in a variety of areas of law. I would recommend their services if you can afford it. Professional and they will do their best to get you a win.
