I was hit while cycling home from work in June 2016. Once I contacted them they took over and chased everything down for me. The driver did not give the correct insurance so they handled getting the correct information. They contacted all the insurance companies and filed all the claims. It took almost 2 years to settle due to my injuries. They kept in constant contact and in the end I was awarded the drivers insurance's full amount of coverage they had. Any questions they were there to answer them. They even negotiated with my health insurance company to reduce their claim on me. Yes in NC your health insurance company puts a claim against you, not the driver, to get their money back.

On October 4, 2016 my husband was on his motorcycle when a young man in a SUV ran a red light almost killing my husband. During a long recovery due to many injuries including a loss of a limb there was a lot of medical bills and only a small amount of insurance money.
