Reviews
I hired Cranfill Sumner and Hartzog to represent me on behalf my late husbands estate. Unfortunately I needed legal representation because i was not the executor of the estate and as a beneficiary and widow i was not being given what was rightfully mine and in the timely manner of a normal estate procedure. I was challenged on every level by the executor and his council. It is nearly 2yrs later since the death of my husband and we are still awaiting a close to this nightmare. This is a simple estate and could have been completed a long time ago. Working with Brian Kromke and Laurie Ferreira has been a tremendous help through this entire process. They are always kind compassionate and try to get things done in a timely manner.n It is sad to have to have legal representation just to make sure you receive what was given to you by your deceased spouse. I urge anyone in a similar situation to seek legal representation if you are a beneficiary and not the executor/ trustee of your spouses final arrangements. Never in a million years would I think a family memeber would turn on me. Cranfill Sumner and Hartzog, in Wilmington NC has been a huge support system to me and my children during this difficult time. I'm thankful for their strong willed take no bull approach expertise and gracious favor.
