I’d give them 5 stars from the beginning to end. I was in a tuff situation and I wasn’t sure if I was going to win the case to be honest but once I got a phone call from Nayeli, she had explained and guided me threw everything. I felt like I was in safe hands. I was behind on some bills and I couldn’t even work due to the injury I got from the accident. But Nayeli made sure all the bill that I was behind and all the time I had lost, I had gained back. Really appreciate Cruz and associates and my attorney and most definitely Nayeli!!!.

Cruz is such an awesome team Jamie and Sonia were great and I can’t say how much they helped me. The best part about this company you don’t feel pressured to do anything is all your choice and the whole way they keep you informed on what is going on so you never have to worry thank you again Cruz and Associates.

I had a car accident in February 14th along with two other passengers I was in the backseat this case finally was closed 25th of October I was able to get my check finally and not only that they changed our paralegal about three times or more and they didn't discuss it with us at all they were not very active of calling us regarding our case we would have to call them it was quite a headache. I do not recommend them.
