Small business owner here. From my experiences, there are essentially 2 professional services (trustworthy, reliable, & experienced) that are mandatory to run a successful business. CPA & Attorney/Law Office. I've dealt with many attorneys over the years, including friend's wife/relatives that's a attorney, long lost high school friend turned lawyer, billboard and table mats attorney with wechat support , trade group hopping lawyers, ambulance chasers, or some big shot marketing spending patent attorney..etc. None were anywhere near impressive, most just felt money grabbing and didn't really pay attention to my needs. Also many either just talked more than listened or cared far more about billable hours. Overtime I simply felt that was the norm dealing with attorneys. However, recently, I was referred to Mike & David through a mutual friend, I need some help with trademarks and the sorts, figure I gave CS Law Group a try since they came highly recommended.
